Basic rights of the customer (in accordance with the Travel Contract also referred to as the "Client") pursuant to Act No. 159/1999 Coll., as amended, and Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended:
− Before concluding the travel contract, the Client will receive all necessary information about the trip pursuant to Section 9a of Act No. 159/1999 Coll., on certain conditions of business and on the performance of certain activities in the field of tourism, as amended, i.e. e.g. destination of travel or stay, means of transport, accommodation, catering and others.
− The Travel Agency is responsible to the Client for the proper provision of all travel services included in the Travel Contract.
− The Client will receive a telephone number for emergencies or contact details where he can contact the Travel Agency.
− The Client may transfer the travel contract to another person with reasonable notice and, if applicable, after paying additional costs. The Travel Agency informs the Client that if the Trip also includes the provision of a flight ticket, the additional costs for the transfer may include a substantial airline fee.
− The price of the trip may be increased only in the event of a specific increase in costs (for example, fuel prices) and if this is expressly stipulated in the travel contract, no later than 20 days before the start of the trip. If the price increase exceeds 8% of the trip price, the Client may withdraw from the contract. If the Travel Agency reserves the right to increase the trip price, the Client is entitled to a discount on the trip price in the event of a reduction in the relevant costs.
− The Client may withdraw from the contract without paying a termination fee (cancellation fee) and recover all payments if there has been a significant change in any essential element of the trip, with the exception of the price. If the Travel Agency cancels the trip before the start of the trip, the Client has the right to a refund of the trip price and, if applicable, compensation for damages.
− The Client may withdraw from the contract without paying a cancellation fee (cancellation fee) before the start of the trip, if unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances have occurred at the destination or place of stay or its immediate vicinity that have a significant impact on the provision of the trip or on the transport of persons to the destination or place of stay (for example, if there are serious security problems at the destination or place of stay that could affect the trip).
− The Client may withdraw from the contract before the start of the trip, if he pays a reasonable and justifiable cancellation fee (cancellation fee).
− If, after the start of the trip, its essential elements cannot be provided in accordance with the contract, the Client must be offered a suitable alternative solution at no additional cost. The Client may withdraw from the contract without paying a termination fee (cancellation fee) if the services are not provided in accordance with the contract, and this fact significantly affects the performance of the services included in the Tour and the Travel Agency has not provided a suitable alternative solution.
− In the event of failure to provide or incorrect provision of tourism services included in the Tour, the Client has the right to a discount on the Tour price, compensation for damage or both.
− The Travel Agency is obliged to provide assistance if the Client finds him/herself in difficulty.
− If the Travel Agency finds himself in bankruptcy, the customer will be refunded the deposit paid or the price of the tour, including the price paid for the tour voucher in the event of the tour not being carried out, or the difference between the paid price of the tour and the price of the partially provided tour in the event that the bankruptcy occurred after the start of the tour provision.
